During his assignments as a Foreign Commercial Service Officer in Indonesia and in his subsequent business activities, he was actively engaged in advising U.S. and Indonesian firms and organizations such as the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in bilateral business, partner search, joint-venture structuring, in organizing and managing major trade and investment promotion activities such as trade exhibitions, trade and investment missions, business and technical seminars and conferences. Mr. Kline graduated from the Virginia Military Institute, Lexington, Virginia, (BA, 1957), University of California, Los Angeles (MA, 1964) and did advanced graduate work in International Relations and International Business at the American University and the George Washington University, Washington, D.C. (1966 -76). He graduated from the Foreign Service Institute Indonesian Language and Southeast Asia Area Studies Program, and is competent in spoken and written Indonesian. Mr. Kline attends Christ Church Cathedral (Episcopal-Anglican) where he is a Lay Reader and Chalice Minister. He received a Certificate in Theology from Moore Theological Seminary, Anglican Diocese of Sydney, Australia, and is a graduate of the Episcopal School for Ministry, Diocese of Missouri. Biographical Sketch:
Mr. Santosa has been involved in assisting Mr. Soetjipto in his efforts to promote better relationship between the people of St. Louis Metropolitan Area and the people of Indonesia. He has been an important partner in the establishment of the St. Louis-Bogor Sister Cities Affiliation since the conception of the idea.Mr. Santosa has a master degree in international business from Webster University. He also holds a master degree in quality management from the same university. As the first among the graduate of the program, he has been involved in the quality management project internationally.
Mr. Santosa is currently serving as the official representative of the St. Louis- Bogor Sister Cities Committee in St. Louis Missouri, who is being assigned in Bogor, Indonesia. He is married with two wonderful children and he resides in the City of Bogor, Indonesia.Ms. Zimmerman is currently working on a cross-cultural research initiative with the purpose of studying and promoting the formation of business relationships between the United States and Indonesia.

Mr. Barrett has a degree in architecture and currently working as an executive at Sorkin Company. He is also a certified financial executive. He is serving as a member of the Board of Directors of St. Louis-Bogor Sister Cities Organization.

BALJINNYAM CHINZORIGT
Biographical Sketch
Ms. Chinzorigt graduated from Lindenwood University, Missouri with a B.A in International Relations & Political Science in 2007. She earned 4.0 GPA (Summa Cum Laude) with the University of Honors. During her school years in Lindenwood, she was a member of several clubs and activities such as International Business Operations Club, Intercultural Club, French Club, and Linden Ladies and Gentleman Club. She also had a chance to be involved in many community works and activities and became a member of Alpha Phi Omega National Service Fraternity, National Scholars Honor Society, Foreign Policy Association in New York, and International Relations Council in Kansas City, Missouri.
Ms. Chinzorigt is currently working on an idea to promote the creation of a sister cities project between a city in the USA and a city in her native country, Mongolia. She has been assisting Mr. Soetjipto with his sister cities program to learn about the process of establishing a sister cities program.
Ms. Chinzorigt is serving as an apprentice to the St. Louis-Bogor Sister Cities Committee.
