Joseph Passanise
Biographical Sketch:
Mr. Passanise completed a Master of Arts degree in International Affairs at Washington University-St. Louis in 2003. In conjunction with his academic achievements, Mr. Passanise has served as Adjunct Professor teaching American Government at the St. Charles Community College 2004-2007.

Mr. Passanise has developed and refined his communication and leadership skills by his active participation in Toastmasters International during the past fourteen years. He has served in various leadership positions including Club President, Area Governor and Division Governor. In recognition for his communication and leadership skills, Mr. Passanise received the Outstanding Accomplishments and Leadership Excellence Award for 2001-2002. He has earned the DTM which is the highest recognition award bestowed to a member of Toastmasters International.

In a previous career, Mr. Passanise served as a Professional Engineer and Manager in the Department of Highways and Traffic, an agency of the St. Louis County Government. He continues to maintain his Professional Engineer License in the State of Missouri.

Mr. Passanise is married to Cheryl Passanise and they reside in the City of Creve Coeur in St. Louis County, Missouri.
